- Pinch of salt
- Additional cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Crush ladyfingers into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in espresso and liqueur until well blended.
- Fold in the ladyfinger crumbs until evenly combined.
- Roll into walnut-sized balls.
