Description

A quick and flavorful Mediterranean-inspired dish made with just five ingredients. Juicy shrimp simmer in a garlicky tomato sauce finished with fresh dill and olive oil ready in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb 450 g shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 4 -5 ripe tomatoes (diced)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, cook until softened and saucy, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in dill, season to taste, and serve immediately.
