Ingredients

  • 650 g 22.9 oz sirloin, trimmed and cubed
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • 2 tsp minced garlic (or garlic paste)
  • 2 tbsp salted butter (melted)
  • 1.5 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped (plus extra to garnish))

Instructions

  1. Toss steak with paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes.
  2. Spray lightly with cooking spray and toss again.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 200โ€ฏยฐC (400โ€ฏยฐF) for 5 minutes.
  4. Place steak in a single layer on air fryer grill plate. Cook for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Remove steak and grill plate; leave juices in the basket.
  6. Return steak to basket. Add garlic, melted butter, and parsley. Toss and air fry 1โ€“2 minutes more.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
