- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 2 tsp minced garlic (or garlic paste)
- 2 tbsp salted butter (melted)
- 1.5 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped (plus extra to garnish))
Instructions
- Toss steak with paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray and toss again.
- Preheat air fryer to 200โฏยฐC (400โฏยฐF) for 5 minutes.
- Place steak in a single layer on air fryer grill plate. Cook for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove steak and grill plate; leave juices in the basket.
- Return steak to basket. Add garlic, melted butter, and parsley. Toss and air fry 1โ2 minutes more.
- Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
