- 4 russet potatoes, washed and dried
- 1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400ยฐF
- Cut each potato into 6 to 8 evenly sized wedges
- In a large bowl, combine avocado oil, pressed garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
- Add potato wedges and toss until evenly coated
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping or shaking halfway through
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over wedges
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until cheese melts and crisps
- Transfer to a plate and garnish with freshly chopped parsley
- Serve hot and enjoy
