Description

A festive and customizable holiday centerpiece made with cured meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs all assembled into a stunning, edible wreath. No cooking needed!


Ingredients

  • Cured Meats: Salami, pepperoni, prosciutto
  • Cheeses: Mozzarella pearls, fontina cubes, havarti squares, manchego wedges
  • Veggies & Pickles: Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, mini pickles, roasted red peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, peperoncini
  • Olives: Green and black
  • Fruits: Grapes (red or green)
  • Fresh Herbs: Rosemary, thyme, basil
  • Extras: Microgreens
  • Assembly Tools: Large toothpicks or cocktail picks

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all produce. Cube or slice cheeses and fold meats into quarters or rosettes.
  2. Thread meats, cheeses, olives, and veggies onto large toothpicks, varying the patterns for visual interest.
  3. Arrange skewers in a circular shape on a large round board or platter, layering densely.
  4. Tuck rosemary sprigs and thyme around the skewers like greenery on a wreath.
  5. Scatter fresh basil leaves and microgreens for added color and aroma.
