Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare your maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Portion into 1.5 oz dough balls and roll gently between your palms.
  3. Place on a light-colored baking sheet and bake until edges are golden and centers set. Let cool completely.
  4. Melt white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in short bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
  5. Dip half of each cooled cookie into the melted chocolate. Place on wax or parchment paper to set.
  6. Drizzle extra white chocolate using a piping or zip-top bag. Add sprinkles while chocolate is still soft.
  7. Allow cookies to fully harden before serving or packaging.


Notes
