- White chocolate melting wafers (such as Ghirardelli)
- Holly berry sprinkles or similar festive dรฉcor
Instructions
- Prepare your maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
- Portion into 1.5 oz dough balls and roll gently between your palms.
- Place on a light-colored baking sheet and bake until edges are golden and centers set. Let cool completely.
- Melt white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in short bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
- Dip half of each cooled cookie into the melted chocolate. Place on wax or parchment paper to set.
- Drizzle extra white chocolate using a piping or zip-top bag. Add sprinkles while chocolate is still soft.
- Allow cookies to fully harden before serving or packaging.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Freeze undecorated cookies for up to 3 months. Let decorations fully harden before stacking. Great with hot cider or maple lattes!
