- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 1 cup yogurt (plain, vanilla, or strawberry)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons refined coconut oil
Instructions
- Chop strawberries into small pieces and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze 20–30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip or coat frozen clusters in chocolate. Return to freezer until set (about 15 minutes).
- Serve and enjoy chilled.
