Description

  • 1 (15.25 oz) box of yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, butter, egg, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Slowly stir in the yellow cake mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  4. Gently fold in the holiday sprinklesโ€”do not overmix.
  5. Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Scoop out 1ยฝ-inch dough balls and roll them generously in powdered sugar.
  7. Arrange on prepared sheets, 2 inches apart, and bake for 10โ€“12 minutes. The edges should be set, but the centers still look slightly underdone.
