Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless (skinless chicken breasts, sliced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp chives (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp thyme leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, pepper.
  3. Sautรฉ in olive oil until cooked; remove.
  4. In same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, cook briefly.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, zest, Dijon, red pepper flakes.
  6. Return chicken to skillet, add linguine, toss to coat.
  7. Mix in parsley, chives, thyme, and Parmesan.
  8. Serve with extra herbs and cheese.
