- 12 oz linguine
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless (skinless chicken breasts, sliced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp chives (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Cook linguine; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, pepper.
- Sautรฉ in olive oil until cooked; remove.
- In same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, cook briefly.
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, Dijon, red pepper flakes.
- Return chicken to skillet, add linguine, toss to coat.
- Mix in parsley, chives, thyme, and Parmesan.
- Serve with extra herbs and cheese.
