Description

This creamy shrimp salad is a briny, tangy, and refreshing dish perfect for hot days. With a zesty mayo-based dressing, juicy shrimp, and crisp veggies, itโ€™s easy to prepare and even easier to love.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped (optional)
  • 1 small bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Chop the shrimp in half or into bite-sized chunks if needed.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, celery (if using), and green onions.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Old Bay, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 5 hours).
  6. Serve chilled in lettuce cups, on toast, or with crackers.
