- 1 1/2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, washed and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh chopped parsley, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes
- Wash, dry, and dice Yukon gold potatoes into ½-inch cubes
- Toss potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed)
- Air fry for 20 minutes, tossing 2–3 times during cooking
- Optional: Use broil function for 2–3 minutes or increase temp to 450°F at end to crisp
- Top with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in air fryer at 375°F for 5–6 minutes, in oven at 400°F for 10 minutes, or in a skillet with a touch of oil.
