Festive, creamy, and delightfully simple, these cranberry cream cheese crescent bites are the perfect holiday appetizer or sweet snack. Made with crescent roll dough and whole berry cranberry sauce, they're ready in under 30 minutes.

- 1 can (8-count crescent roll dough)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
- Press each dough piece into the muffin cups to form a shell.
- Spoon 1 tsp of cream cheese filling and 1 tsp of cranberry sauce into each.
- Top with chopped pecans or orange zest if using.
- Bake 11–13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and whole berry cranberry sauce. These can be made ahead and stored in the fridge or freezer.
