- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
Instructions
- Season chicken cubes with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 4โ5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and lemon juice.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
