Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 8 slices cooked and chopped bacon
  • 5 cups broccoli florets or 1 pound thawed frozen spinach (well-drained)
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Optional:

  • 1 -3 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix (for added flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Dice or shred cooked chicken breast.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy, then chop.
  4. Steam broccoli until tender-crisp (or drain spinach well).
  5. In a large bowl, mix chicken, bacon, vegetables, garlic, ranch dressing, mozzarella, cheddar, and optional ranch seasoning.
  6. Spread mixture into the baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar.
  8. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.
  9. Cool 5 minutes before serving.


Notes

  • Drain spinach thoroughly to avoid excess liquid.
