- 8 slices cooked and chopped bacon
- 5 cups broccoli florets or 1 pound thawed frozen spinach (well-drained)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Topping:
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional:
- 1 -3 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix (for added flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Dice or shred cooked chicken breast.
- Cook bacon until crispy, then chop.
- Steam broccoli until tender-crisp (or drain spinach well).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, bacon, vegetables, garlic, ranch dressing, mozzarella, cheddar, and optional ranch seasoning.
- Spread mixture into the baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.
