  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place chicken tenders in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning over chicken and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange chicken tenders in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

  • Use chicken breast cut into strips if you don’t have tenders.
