- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet (0.87 oz) brown gravy mix
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
- Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- Optional: sour cream or cream cheese
- Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper
- Optional: Ranch seasoning or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts evenly in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, gravy mix, and ยฝ cup water or chicken broth. Add optional seasonings if using.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, covering it as much as possible.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6โ8 hours or HIGH for 3โ4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred chicken with two forks and stir back into the gravy.
- If using sour cream or cream cheese, stir it in now for extra creaminess.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits.
Notes
