These Frosted Christmas Brownies are more than just a holiday treat theyโre a celebration in every bite. Dense, fudgy chocolate brownies topped with festive frosting and sparkly sprinkles make them perfect for gifting, parties, or enjoying by the fireplace.

- 2 boxes of brownie mix (or your favorite double batch of homemade brownies)
- 1-3 jars of white frosting (or homemade buttercream)
- Red and green food coloring (or natural food color alternatives)
- Edible gold stars
- White pearl sprinkles
- Icing bags
- Frosting tips (large star tip, like 1M)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to your brownie box (usually 325โ350ยฐF). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with spray oil or butter.
- Mix both boxes of brownie mix according to package instructions and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the brownie cool completely.
- Remove the brownie from the pan and place it on a cutting board. Carefully cut into 8 even triangles.
- Tint your white frosting one red, one green, and leave one white.
- Fill piping bags with each color and attach a frosting tip.
- Decorate half the brownies as Christmas trees with green frosting, pearl sprinkles, and a gold star.
- Decorate the other half like Santa hats using red and white frosting.
- Serve on a platter or box them up as gifts.
Notes
Let brownies cool completely before decorating to avoid melted frosting. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to 5 days. Freeze undecorated brownies for up to 2 months.
