- 3 boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp paprika (divided)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and ยฝ tsp paprika.
- Mix melted butter with ยผ tsp paprika, Italian seasoning, parsley, and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 1โ2 minutes per side until golden.
- Pour garlic butter over chicken and transfer skillet to oven.
- Bake for 20โ30 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165ยฐF.
- Spoon sauce over chicken before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

- For even cooking, pound chicken breasts to uniform thickness.
- Use smoked paprika for added depth.
