- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant but not browned.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using).
- Fold in fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately or keep warm until ready to use.
Notes
- For vegan: use plant-based butter.
- Don’t overcook the garlic—it becomes bitter.
- To freeze, pour into an ice cube tray and store cubes in a zip-top bag.
