For the Steak Bites:
- 1 lb 450g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prep the steak: Pat steak dry, season with salt and pepper.
- Sear: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear steak in batches for 2โ3 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Garlic butter: Reduce heat to medium, melt butter in the same pan, sautรฉ garlic until fragrant (30s). Return steak to pan and toss to coat.
- Make sauce: In a separate saucepan, melt butter, sautรฉ garlic, add cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season.
- Serve: Pour sauce over steak or serve on the side. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
