For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb 450g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Prep the steak: Pat steak dry, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear steak in batches for 2โ€“3 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. Garlic butter: Reduce heat to medium, melt butter in the same pan, sautรฉ garlic until fragrant (30s). Return steak to pan and toss to coat.
  4. Make sauce: In a separate saucepan, melt butter, sautรฉ garlic, add cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season.
  5. Serve: Pour sauce over steak or serve on the side. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
