- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 2 scallions, diced
- 9 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard (optional but recommended)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the frozen hash brown patties in a single layer at the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle cheeses, diced ham, and scallions evenly over the hash browns.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, mustard powder (if using), and garlic powder until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes, or until edges are golden and the center is set.
- Cool for 5โ10 minutes, slice into squares, and serve warm.
