  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the frozen hash brown patties in a single layer at the bottom of the dish.
  3. Sprinkle cheeses, diced ham, and scallions evenly over the hash browns.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, mustard powder (if using), and garlic powder until smooth.
