Description

This hearty breakfast casserole brings together everything I crave on a cozy morning fluffy eggs, golden crescent rolls, savory sausage, and melty cheddar cheese. Breakfast casserole is more than just a dish itโ€™s a warm invitation to slow down, gather, and savor the start of the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF. Spray a 9ร—13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Layer the crescent rolls in the bottom of your prepared dish, pressing them gently to form a solid base.
  4. Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the crescent rolls.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage layer, letting them settle into all the nooks and crannies.
