- 3 cups broccoli florets

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking apart until no pink remains
- Stir in diced onion and minced garlic and cook until fragrant and translucent
- Add broccoli florets and stir to combine with beef
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top
- Cover and cook until cheese is fully melted
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes if using
- Serve hot directly from the skillet
