Description

A rich, creamy, one-pan keto hamburger broccoli skillet made with juicy ground beef, tender-crisp broccoli, aromatic garlic, and melted cheddar cheese. Low-carb comfort food ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking apart until no pink remains
  3. Stir in diced onion and minced garlic and cook until fragrant and translucent
  4. Add broccoli florets and stir to combine with beef
  5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
  6. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp
  7. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top
  9. Cover and cook until cheese is fully melted
  10. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes if using
  11. Serve hot directly from the skillet

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of cream to maintain a creamy texture. Freshly shredded cheese melts smoother than pre-shredded varieties.
