- 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1-2 Tbsp honey, plus extra for serving
- 1 tsp dried thyme or 2 tsp fresh thyme
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Toppings: Fresh thyme, chopped walnuts (optional), extra honey drizzle
- Serve with: Crusty toasted bread or crackers
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the feta and Greek yogurt until very smooth and creamy.
- Add the pumpkin puree, 1โ2 Tbsp honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend again until fully combined.
- Transfer to a covered container and chill for 30โ60 minutes.
- When ready to serve, transfer to a bowl and top with thyme, walnuts (if using), and a drizzle of honey.
- Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
