- 4 turkey wings
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF.
- Wash, cut, and pat dry the turkey wings.
- Place wings in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Rub in Cajun seasoning, bouillon, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
- Scatter chopped onion and bell pepper over the wings. Dot with butter.
- In a separate bowl, whisk chicken broth with cornstarch until dissolved.
- Pour the broth mixture into one corner of the dishโdonโt pour directly over the wings.
- Cover dish tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil, return to oven for 15โ20 minutes until skin crisps and internal temp reaches 165ยฐF.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving with gravy spooned over.
Notes
Pat wings dry for better browning. Donโt pour broth over seasoned wings add it to the corner of the dish to preserve the seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3โ4 days or freeze for up to 2โ3 months.
