Spooky, sweet, and so much fun! These Rice Krispie Mummies are chewy marshmallow treats drizzled with white chocolate โbandagesโ and topped with candy eyeballs. Perfect for Halloween parties, classroom snacks, or a festive family activity.

- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 bag (10 oz mini marshmallows)
- 6 cups Rice Krispiesยฎ toasted rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melted chocolate)
- Candy eyeballs (2 per mummy)
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan with butter or nonstick spray.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Stir in marshmallows until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal, folding gently until evenly coated.
- Press mixture into pan with a greased spatula. Cool 20 minutes.
- Cut into rectangles or squares.
- Melt white chocolate chips (with coconut oil if using) in 20-second bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Transfer chocolate to a piping bag or resealable bag with tip cut.
- Drizzle chocolate in zigzag lines to resemble bandages.
- While chocolate is soft, press 2 candy eyeballs onto each piece.
- Let set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly until firm.
Notes
- Grease your spatula or hands before handling the marshmallow mixture to prevent sticking.
- Donโt press too firmly into the pan this can make the treats hard.
- Candy melts can be used instead of white chocolate for easier decorating.
