Ingredients
- 24 slices of salami
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup banana peppers, finely chopped
Instructions
- Lay out the salami in a flat layer on a cutting board, forming a rectangle by overlapping 3 rows of 4 slices.
- Spread half of the cream cheese evenly over the salami.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped banana peppers over the cream cheese.
- Tightly roll the layered salami into a log shape, tucking as you go.
- Wrap the roll in plastic wrap to help it hold its shape.
- Repeat steps with remaining ingredients to make a second roll.
- Chill the rolls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Slice into ½-inch pinwheels just before serving.
Notes
