  • 5 large garlic cloves (minced)

  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil or parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Cut chicken breasts into tenders. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add half the chicken and cook 5 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining chicken.
