- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Optional:
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1/2 cup cooked grilled chicken
- 1/2 cup caramelized onions
Instructions
- Wash and chop spinach. Prep any optional ingredients.
- Lay out a tortilla and fill one half with spinach, feta, and extras.
- Fold and press to seal.
- Heat skillet over medium heat with olive oil or butter.
