Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Butterfly and pound chicken breasts to an even thickness (about ยฝ inch).

  4. Sprinkle with chopped spinach, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken rolls on all sides (2โ€“3 minutes each).
