Description

These No-Bake Grinch Oreo Truffles are a whimsical, festive treat that brings a touch of holiday magic to your dessert table no oven required. Bright green and crowned with a single red heart sprinkle, they echo the spirit of Dr. Seussโ€™s beloved character. Made with red velvet Oreos and cream cheese, then coated in green candy melts, these truffles are rich, creamy, and surprisingly easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 package red velvet Oreos (22 cookies)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 7 oz green candy melts
  • Red heart sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the Oreos into fine crumbs.
  3. Add the cream cheese and pulse until a soft dough forms.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop dough and roll into balls with your hands.
  5. Place balls on the lined tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between.
  7. If too thick, stir in ยฝ tsp unflavored coconut oil until smooth.
  8. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted candy coating using a dipping fork. Place back on tray.
  9. Pour leftover candy into a piping bag and drizzle over truffles.
  10. Top each with a red heart sprinkle while the drizzle is still wet.
  11. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes until set then serve or store!


Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze in a single layer for up to 2 months. Let frozen truffles thaw in the fridge overnight or at room temp for 1 hour before serving.
