Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until pale and fluffy (about 2โ€“3 minutes).
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.

  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until combined.
