- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until pale and fluffy (about 2โ3 minutes).
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until combined.
- Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9โ11 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
